Driveway Regulations

The Vehicular Driveway Ordinance, which was adopted in 1999,  established the standards governing the placement and construction of all driveways that are built or modified in Bear Creek Village. The standards are important because an improperly  placed and constructed driveway can be a safety or environmental hazard.

DRIVEWAY PERMITS

An approved Driveway Permit is required before a new driveway may be constructed or an existing driveway is modified. The Driveway Permit Application should be submitted, along with all required documentation and fees, to the Zoning Officer for review by the Borough Engineer.
